I ordered it thinking it would be quick delivery, but it ended up coming late. Updates were poor too, so I had to chase it myself just to find out what was going on. It wasn’t big drama or anything, but it didn’t feel reliable enough for me.

I reached out for help with some basic issues, but the tech support team couldn’t really get them fixed. It kinda felt like they weren’t sure what to do, which was frustrating

I reached out asking for a quote and it felt like it took forever to hear anything back. I just needed a rough price so I could move things along, not sit around for days with no real update. Maybe they were swamped or something, but still, the whole quote process was slow for me.

I ended up trying LaserComm after looking around at a few other options and comparing what people seemed to be using. The prices looked reasonable to me, and I liked that it was clear enough what I was paying for without feeling like there were a bunch of surprises. I’m giving it 4 stars because the pricing is definitely a plus, but I do think a few parts could be explained better, especially if you’re new to this kind of service. Overall though, for the cost, it did what I needed, and I’d probably use it again if others are having a similar experience.

My parts showed up with rough edges, and some of the cuts weren’t even straight. A few of the holes were a little off too, so I couldn’t use the pieces until I fixed them myself. I expected much cleaner work from smslaser.com, so I’m disappointed with the quality.

My order from LaserComm showed up in good shape. The outside box had a few small dents, but everything inside was wrapped securely and arrived safe. Compared to a few other online orders I’ve gotten lately, this one felt better protected overall. The packaging could have looked a little cleaner, but I’m happy with how it arrived.

I asked for help with my design file and it felt like a bit of a waste of time. The replies were slow and not very clear, and I got the impression they didn’t really look at the file closely. It’s one of those things that works when it wants to, but when you actually need help, it’s frustrating. I still ended up having issues after all that.

I’ve had a really good experience overall. There are tons of materials available, which made it easy for me to find useful options and compare different things. The only thing I’d like to see improved is the filtering, it could be a bit easier to narrow everything down. Still, the amount and quality of content has been really helpful.
